No refunds under any circumstances – If there are any problems, I should be notified within the first 48 hours.
A £10 deposit is required. Without this, your slot is still open.
Late policy – If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee of £10 will be charged.
If you reschedule your appointment with
less than 48 hours’ notice, a £10 fee will be charged.
For an infill you need at least 40% of lashes remaining. Anything less will require a full set.
Home-based and mobile. Mobile travel charge will also be applied.
